HJ Reports: Professional Beauty & Hair Ireland 2022

The two-day exhibition returned to Dublin in November and HJ was there to host the live Hair and Barbering Stage

Professional Beauty & Hair, in partnership with Irish Beauty made its successful comeback after a three-year break due to the Covid-19 pandemic on 6-7 November in Dublin’s RDS. The Sunday night also saw the crowning of 14 winners at the first-ever PB/HJ Beauty, Hair and Spa Awards in Ireland.

The exhibition is an annual fixture on the calendars of beauty, hair and spa professionals in Ireland. Over 6,500 professional trade visitors came through the doors over the two days to reconnect and network with industry peers face to face, to discover the latest products, brands and trends and be inspired by live demonstrations.

The Sunday night also saw the crowning of 14 winners at the firstever Beauty, Hair and Spa Awards in Ireland

The event attracted exhibitors from across all sectors of the market, including skincare, hair, spa, barbering aesthetics, nails, lashes, make-up and more. There were three live stages – Hair and Barbering, Trends and Techniques and Skin and Advanced Treatments – and they hosted a range of industry experts, who gave talks, live demonstrations and advice on a variety of topics.

On Sunday 6 November, the winners of the inaugural Beauty, Hair & Spa Awards were announced at The Shelbourne in Dublin. The categories were judged independently by industry experts, who were selected for their knowledge and expertise.
