You’re doing great. Really you are. And this issue only goes to prove what a vital role you play in your clients’ lives – from supporting them with hair loss (page 44) to creating a sanctuary from their frantic lives (check out Hooker & Young’s calming newly redesigned salon in our Interiors section).
But if a client has an amazing time at your salon, are you getting them to shout about it loud enough? Harnessing client testimonials and reviews is such a powerful way of reinforcing your expertise and showing new clients why you’re the stylist and / or salon for them.
