The best consultations are the ones that spark a connection, where you look the client in the eye, get down to their level and come up with a bespoke plan for their hair that makes them feel like they’re the only client in the world. But we get it, finding the time and energy to do this for every appointment is hard. This issue, we try to make consultations easier with our ‘Let's Get Personal’ colour feature that’s all about individualised services that clients can’t get anywhere else. Covering everything from the consultation process to personalised formulations for clients, as well as bespoke colour placement to highlight their best features, this advice is all underpinned by the need to maximise profit and keep clients loyal – exactly what you need to thrive in this current climate.
