Don’t Stress the Summer Colour Switch Up
Thousands of colourists are no longer stressing the seasonal shift to blonde since bringing tech into the colour bar, because Vish colourists are way ahead of the curve. They can access a full client history in seconds that shows not only the exact formula the client loved last summer, but also the exact quantities of each product used.
“Every stylist has experienced panic when a client wants the exact same shade as last year, but they’re not 100% sure if they actually noted it down,” says Tim Howard, former salon owner turned Chief Innovation Officer at Vish. “Taking away the chore of recording all my formulas when I was super busy was one of my main drivers to developing Vish. With tech I could be as creative as I wanted, knowing all my formulas were in Vish, and that I could recreate any of them without wasting time or product.”

GREAT LENGTHS CLIENTS DONATE TO THE LITTLE PRINCESS TRUST
Great Lengths is encouraging all its extensionists and extensions wearers to help change lives through its global partnership with the Little Princess Trust. Each child’s wig takes approximately 300g of hair to make, which is the average weight of two full heads of extensions. So the charity is keen to receive any Great Lengths extensions that are 16 inches or longer. Salons can easily get involved by removing the hair, packing it up and sending it in a pre-provided kit. James Henderson, Great Lengths global charity ambassador for The Little Princess Trust, says: “I have always been in awe of the fantastic work that The Little Princess Trust do and that is what gave me the idea of using removed Great Lengths hair extensions as hair donations.”
