VISH NAMES TOP WASTE WARRIORS

The Karine Jackson Sustainable Hair Salon team dominated the first Vish Waste Warrior Awards last month by receiving three of the five Top Stylist awards and seizing the overall award for Top Salon.

Colour Management System Vish launched the awards in April to celebrate Earth Month and recognise those boosting their colour profits and protecting the planet by ending colour waste.

The Karine Jackson team, Simon Hall, Karine Jackson and Alexia Legrand, received first, second and fourth place respectively.

Simon, who was named the Waste Warrior’s Top Stylist, brought his average colour cost per service down to just £2.94, followed closely by Karine, whose colour costs average was £3.03 per service. Both made huge savings with waste per service costs: Simon had just 32p of colour left per service while Karine had 29p.

Simon said: “My clients know that since we introduced Vish I’m not wasting any colour and they are getting their money’s worth.”
