Live Pricing Puts Stylists in Control
Stylists now have absolute control of their clients’ care and costs, with the latest update to Vish 2.0 allowing them total transparency with their service. The new Colour Ticket provides a real-time onscreen cost summary as the stylist builds their formula. This means they can inform the client about any costs for additional colour or treatments during the appointment to avoid any pushback when the bill is finalised.
“Our focus is on helping the stylist feel confident while simplifying the admin and maths behind the chair,” says Danny Coles, a former hairdresser and now Sales Manager at Vish. “The Vish Colour Ticket has a summary in the mixing screen so the stylist, if they choose to, can communicate the cost in the moment. This ensures the client feels confident that they are in control of their budget.”
Stylists can also combine the Colour Ticket with the mobile Plan Ahead feature. This gives them the time-saving option to pre-plan colour for clients before they arrive. “But the secret weapon here is that they are also generating new revenue while elevating the service and the relationship between client and business,” adds Danny.
