Last month, HJ got up to lots of exciting things we just couldn’t miss! We attended the grand final and 70th anniversary of L’Oréal Colour Trophy at the O2 – head to page 16! Plus, we got all the BTS action at the #LCT26 winners shoot (stay tuned to see the winning looks on the front cover of HJ’s October issue). Meanwhile, we headed to the Lanesborough Hotel with Beauty Works for an exclusive breakfast and masterclass with Global Brand Ambassador, Edward James, and The House of Sassoon to see the Sassoon Future Creatives Team present their INTERFERENCE collection live. What’s more, we attended the Goldwell Celebration of Colour at The Hurlingham Club in Fulham, and celebrated the UK launch of Decibel with Sweet Squared at U Music in Camden. And of course, Team HJ were at the Novotel for the first round of judging for the British Hairdressing Awards 2026, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional!
