HJ’s Business Boardroom is Back

HJ Business Boardroom is back for 2026, with HJ and L’Oréal Professionnel once again joining forces to support the next generation of salon business leaders. Formerly known as the HJ Business Academy, the year-long mentorship programme will be led by award-winning salon owner Sean Hanna, offering established salon owners guidance across four key pillars: client journey, team, marketing and finance. The free programme, valued at more than £10,000, includes mentorship sessions at the L’Oréal Academy, networking opportunities and VIP access to L’Oréal Colour Trophy 2026. At the end of the programme, participants will present a business plan to an independent judging panel, with the winner earning a place among L’Oréal Professionnel’s Top 50 Independent Salons.
